What is Piggo?
Piggo is a web app where families keep their own ledger of pocket money, chores, savings and agreements. Piggo is operated by Mark Rye, Denmark ("we"). By creating a family, you accept these terms on the family's behalf.
Piggo is not a bank
Piggo does not hold, move or pay out any real money. Balances and entries in the app are the family's own bookkeeping, and how you actually settle up is entirely the family's responsibility. The stocks feature shows prices for information and learning purposes only – it does not trade securities and is not investment advice.
Your account and responsibilities
- A family is created and managed by an adult. Children's profiles are created by the parents, who consent on the children's behalf.
- You are responsible for keeping passwords secret and for the activity on your family's accounts.
- Use Piggo as intended: for your own family. Attempting to access other families' data, misusing the service or placing unnecessary load on it may lead to your account being closed.
Beta and pricing
Piggo is in beta and free to use. We expect to introduce a subscription with a free trial later on – if that happens, you will get clear notice well in advance, and no one will be charged anything without actively signing up.
Operation and liability
We do our best to keep Piggo stable, secure and available, but the service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or freedom from errors. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the app – remember, the app holds no real money, so your financial reality always lives outside Piggo.
Termination
You can stop using Piggo at any time and have your family's data deleted (see the privacy policy). We may close accounts that misuse the service, and we may, with reasonable notice, close or change the service – in which case you will be given the opportunity to receive a copy of your data first.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by Danish law.
